Reborn Roofing was built to be different from every roofing company that knocked on your door after a storm and disappeared before the job was done right. Ken Cope started this company because he saw an industry full of broken promises, poor quality, poor service, inflated insurance claims, and contractors who treated homeowners like transactions instead of neighbors.

Ken has been in the Memphis area for over 35 years and built his career on a simple idea: tell people the truth, even when it costs him a sale. He grew up on a farm where he learned to use his hands and his mind to solve problems. He has transferred those skills into providing quality work for his customers while running a business whose culture is based on integrity. If your roof only needs a repair, he will tell you. If it needs replacing, he will tell you that too. And he will not try to upsell you on something you do not need.

Brett is the General Manager and a partner with Ken Cope in Reborn Roofing. Brett ensures that work is completed in a timely manner with attention to quality and detail. Brett's keen eye for the smallest details in a project makes him a trusted advisor for customers. From the beginning of Reborn Roofing, Ken and Brett agreed they would create a company that customers could trust. Ken was looking for a partner whom customers could trust for a lifetime, not just to get a job done. Brett explains: "It's such a joy to pull away from a property and know that our best efforts have solidified lifetime customers."

George holds a passion for the roofing and construction industry. His experience in the home services industry makes him an excellent project manager. George always ensures quality work and customer satisfaction on every job, no matter how big or small. Reborn Roofing believes a key team member must be present whenever work is performed to answer customer questions and ensure quality work, and George fills this role. Nothing makes him more proud than seeing a job completed properly, building relationships and earning a 5-star Google review!

Paul is the Office Manager at Reborn Roofing. He is originally from Nigeria and moved to Memphis from South Carolina in 2022 to complete his master's degree in business administration and continue his soccer career at Christian Brothers University. He is also pursuing his master's degree in finance. At Reborn Roofing, he supports the team by managing daily operations, customer service, project coordination, and bookkeeping. He enjoys keeping the company organized and ensuring our customers receive excellent service throughout every stage of their project.
