Hello, my name is Ken Cope and I am reinventing customers’ perceptions of the home services industry with my company, Reborn Roofing.

When my partner and I started Reborn Roofing we wanted to change that stigma of poor service in the home and commercial services industry. My team made an oath that we are going to do what we say we will do and we will do it when we say we will. If something prevents us from doing this, we will stay in touch with the customers to keep them posted on the status of work. Additionally, I made the commitment that we would never leave a job until we knew the customer was 100% satisfied. We’ve gone above and beyond to ensure this goal is accomplished. We feel that if we do more than what is expected, it will lead to a win-win situation for all parties involved. From helping customers bring groceries inside, to filling up bird feeders, to blowing leaves off long driveways, we’ve always looked for ways to provide an excellent experience for our customers.
