Reborn Roofing was built to be different from every roofing company that knocked on your door after a storm and disappeared before the job was done right. Ken Cope started this company because he saw an industry full of broken promises, poor quality, poor service, inflated insurance claims, and contractors who treated homeowners like transactions instead of neighbors.

Ken has been in Memphis area for over 35 years and built his career on a simple idea: tell people the truth, even when it costs you a sale. If your roof only needs a repair, he will tell you. If it needs replacing, he will tell you that too. And he will not try to upsell you on something you do not need.

My name is Brett Kittleson and I’m a partner with Ken Cope in Reborn Roofing. Graduating college during Covid I found myself in an unfulfilling job. That’s when Ken approached me about going into business with him. I grew up in the same neighborhood and have been friends with Ken’s family for years, but I didn’t know much about the roofing industry. Therefore, I was confused as to why Ken wanted me to join him in this venture. Ken explained to me that he was looking for a partner that he could trust. More importantly, he was looking for a partner that customers could trust. I’m ecstatic to be a part of Reborn Roofing because every day I’m able to help customers with the process of their roof replacements and resolve customer issues. It’s such a joy to pull away from a property and know that our best efforts have solidified lifetime customers.

Hi, my name is George Newton. My passion for this industry began when I started with Reborn Roofing in the fall of 2024. As the company's project manager, I am the person who always ensures quality work and customer satisfaction on every job, no matter how big or small. We feel it is imperative for a member of our team to be present whenever work is being performed so that we can answer questions or address our customers' concerns. So, if l am not there for you, Ken or Brett will be on site. Nothing makes me more proud than seeing a job completed properly, building relationships and getting a 5-star Google review!

My name is Paul Bobai, and I am the Office Manager at Reborn Roofing. I am originally from Nigeria and moved to Memphis from South Carolina in 2022 to pursue my master’s degree and continue my soccer career at Christian Brothers University. At Reborn Roofing, I support the team by managing daily operations, customer service, project coordination, and bookkeeping. I enjoy keeping the company organized and ensuring our customers receive excellent service throughout every stage of their project.
